Now that Pagecord has added the nice feature of being able to have two blogs within one account I wanted to try out a more journal like shortform style blog.
Yes, this will be my third currently active blog (I also have a Pika blog which is far more formal). This will differ from my main Pagecord blog, which I refer to as a "microblog" even if recently posts are typically around 1,000 words (writing shorter posts ironically is difficult for me).
Plus, my other blog is directly linked to my main "portfolio" domain, so there is still an element of professionalism, even if it is still a more conversational style blog. That's not to mean that this will be unprofessional, but, as mentioned above, hopefully more reflective on the day.
Format wise I won't be using titles or tags. The blog itself will just be a flow of posts.
I don't have a goal for how often I will post. I know it won't be daily. For now it's more of a test to see what comes about. As I'm happy with how I'm using my other two blogs. Yes, I could apply the approach of this blog to either of the other two as both platforms have made it "easier" to distinguish between content types based on tags. But, for me that seems like more faff than I want.
I'm still using Obsidian to write this post, just because I really like writing in it (nothing against Pagecord's editor which is what it needs to be) and it's so easy to post from using the plugin.
See you again soon.
